The Patient Experience Network (PEN) aims to help address this by providing a valuable resource for healthcare organisations and individuals wishing to deliver a great experience for patients.

It is not our intention to preach, rather to provide a medium to share and celebrate what has worked, and perhaps not worked, in real life settings and to provide practical tools and support."
