Ruth is a director of the Patient Experience Network. Ruth has over 20 years experience in Health Care and is known for her passion and commitment to Client Service and Customer Satisfaction. Her career to date has encompassed a broad range of roles, strategy, experience and skills spanning Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.


As Vice President with IMS, she defined a transformation agenda for Client Service across 46 offices in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), harmonising the portfolio and supporting systems to deliver the strategic goals. This culminated in the development and introduction of revenue-generating service across Client Service EMEA. Most recently, she worked on various cross industry projects to address leading edge themes together with the implementation of pan-European systems to underpin the client service strategy. She is also currently working with the Institute of Customer Service.
