Jackie has worked in the NHS for 27 years, spending her early career as a nurse and clinical manager. She has worked in a range of settings and organisations including acute, primary care and strategic health authorities. Working in both operational and strategic roles. More latterly her career has focused on organisational development, working on strategic projects, with teams and individuals to deliver workforce redesign and service improvements, leadership development and change management. Jackie held a leading role for strategic leadership development across the Greater Manchester health economy. Prior to ODS, Jackie was an Associate Director of Organisational Development at a Primary Care Trust where she supported both the provider and commissioner organisations.
Jackie is an experienced facilitator and organisation development practitioner. She has designed and delivered a range of interventions at organisation, Board, team and individual level. She uses a range of tools and techniques- coaching techniques, psychometric tools and strategies to meet individual and organisational needs.
as a registered nurse she has a personal passion for improving the patient experience and services offered. ODS takes a lead within this area and working with public sector organisations to support them to improve the patients experience.
