PExCheck


PExCheck will provide you with a self-assessment tool to see how well your organisation is aligned to the attributes of great patient experience.

It is based on widely accepted prerequisites for delivering world-class customer service and patient experience/patient-centric care* and should take less than 20 minutes to complete. These fall in to four main categories - Setting the Stage, Processes, People and Innovation.

Using the full PExCheck service should help you in three main ways:

  1. It will enable you to determine how well you are doing against the prerequisites - and to track change over time
  2. It will help you to prioritise areas for improvement and to develop action plans
  3. Over time it will enable you to benchmark against other healthcare organisations

Once you have completed the survey, you will be re-directed to the summary analysis. This service is provided free by PEN, however if you require a more detailed analysis then there will be a small charge to cover the time to prepare this for you.
